Unfortunately, you have no control over this. The “Related Videos” are automatically embedded by the video hosting service (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). It’s the way they promote their own content, and you use of their service is subject to their terms and conditions. If you want more control over you own video content, you’ll have to install a 3rd-party plugin like the SublimeVideo plugin, and then host your own video files. It’s considerably more involved, but is the only way to have the most control over your own video content.

This video tutorial is intended to show the easiest method for embedding video.

Hey Shawn.
Ohh !glad for your quick reply.
I already have this enabled, and by the way that is called ” Auto-embeds”.
But still when I past the Youtube URL …and when I hit update..the only things that I can see on the post content is the URL of the video..not the video itself.
Wonder why !!!???

Glad you’re finding the video to be helpful.

It’s also covered in Part 17: Settings & Configuration, but Auto-embeds may be enabled in Settings > Media. Check the box next to the Auto-embed function to enable it.
