Following your excellent advice on static sticky posts, I’m now tidying up the correct site, readying it to go live. I would appreciate your advice as to where I should look for the best way to achieve live status.
Another problem is my Dashboard does not seem to indicate Appearance or Plugins???
As such, I am unable to take advantage of your recommendation to resolve the static sticky post on each category, either using
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-custom-category-pages/
or
https://wordpress.org/plugins/category-sticky-post/
The WordPress101 tutorials have been a revelation to a dummy like me.
And thank goodness for the WP101 Q&A Forum.
Thank you,

Hi Adrian,
When I helped you troubleshoot your website last week, you furnished me with your username and password. When I log into your WordPress administration area using those credentials, I see both the Appearance and Plugin panels in your dashboard.
See the screenshot here: https://cl.ly/i1xt
I also see that a Coming Soon Mode plugin is installed and activated (see the large orange notification/button in the top right corner). If you click that banner, you'll be taken to the settings panel for that plugin. If you change the settings to “Off,” as indicated in the screenshot I shared above, your site should be live.
Hope this helps!
