I am trying to add courses (I have the all access pass), but I’m just going in circles. Can someone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? https://www.loom.com/share/e9ab212ab26c440d8c2fa367404bad7d

Hi Anna,

Thank you for recording the Loom video of what you’re seeing. That helps tremendously.

I see that your subscription is active, so you do have access to all the courses. And when you’re logged in, you should not see the “Start Learning Now” button on the individual course description page. Rather, you should see the “Take This Course Now” button.

Have you tried forcing a refresh of the course description page? I suspect your web browser is attempting to hold onto a cached version on your local computer from an earlier visit before you logged in.

Our site server delivers cached pages to visitors who are not logged in, but non-cached pages to logged in users.

So, first be sure you’re logged in. Then, return to the course description page for the course wish to take and refresh the page. That should resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! In the future, for tech support, be sure to use the form on the Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to get you back up and running!
