Is it possible to when editing the gallery to links EACH picture to a different page.
I want to have a gallery of pictures and EACH picture goes to a different a post.
Galleries are really only intended to display photos. When you click the thumbnail of a photo in a gallery, it simply opens the full-size version of that image.
However, when you add an Image block, you can change that image into a link that redirects users wherever you want.
So, to create a “gallery” of images where each images takes the viewer to a different page, you’ll want to use a series of Image blocks instead—one image at a time.
You can still use the Column block to control the layout, and even create a grid of Image blocks.
Or, to save time, you can also install a 3rd-party tool that extends the default blocks included in WordPress, adding dozens of new block layouts and options to choose from.
In addition to the solution linked above, Atomic Blocks is another excellent 3rd-party block plugin that adds dozens of additional blocks to WordPress.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
