Hi Janet,

Without seeing a screenshot of what you’re seeing, it’s hard to say. We use a clean, default installation of WordPress for our videos. If you’re seeing something different, it’s likely you’re either running an older version of WordPress, or have the Classic Editor plugin installed on your site.

It’s also possible you’ve got different option in your editor because either your theme or a third-party plugin is adding features that aren’t included in WordPress by default.

With thousands of themes and plugins on the market, it would be impossible for us to support them all. That’s why we focus our training on the ‘out-of-the-box’ WordPress experience.
