Jetpack’s Mobile Theme displays your content in a clean, uncluttered interface, making it easy for mobile visitors to access your site faster.
These days, a lot of WordPress themes are mobile-ready, which means your site’s content will be automatically reformatted so that it looks great on mobile devices, no matter what size or screen resolution they may be.
But if your site’s theme does not already include support for mobile devices, you can enable the Jetpack Mobile theme and automatically get a solid, basic mobile theme when someone visits your site on a mobile device.
To enable this feature, simply go to: Jetpack Settings > Appearance and enable Mobile Theme. There are a few settings here, such as whether you want to show excerpts or full posts in the list of posts. You can also select whether to show or hide featured images or show a promo link for WordPress in the footer. There is also a link to more setup instructions if you need.
Once enabled, can see now on your mobile device that a custom mobile theme displays for your site. Yet, when someone views your site from a computer, it will display your normal theme.
If you’re looking for a quick way to get a basic, mobile-friendly theme for your WordPress site, you may want to check out the Jetpack Mobile Theme feature.
